For next month’s Essen show, the German tuner AC Schnitzer has prepared some very interesting cars. First, there’s the debut of their tuning program for the new BMW M3, which features an aggressive body kit, cool alloy wheels and of course, a set of mechanical modifications, which make the M3 even better. Then, there’ll be the GP3.10 concept (pictured above), presented at the Frankfurt Motor Show, which is an unique blend of power and efficiency.
And, maybe the most exciting AC Schnitzer presence, will be the tuning program for the new Mini Cooper S. Powered by an improved engine, which has an increased power output of 220 hp (174 hp in the production model), new AC Schnitzer suspension and an impressive body kit, featuring new front bumper design (with strong, pointed corners of a new front spoiler), new rear skirt and diffuser, twin sports silencer and chromed racing tailpipe, plus classic 17″ or bi-colour 18″ AC Schnitzer alloy wheels. The interior also ‘breathes’ sport, with aluminum all over the place, including an aluminium handbrake handle, gear shift knob, foot rest, pedal set and AC Schnitzer-branded velour mats.
