At the Frankfurt Motor Show Toyota presented a small car concept, the Toyota IQ. In its attempt to get a slice of Smart’s market, Toyota comes with something new, the intelligent interior design. As they officially stated, their are aware that customers won’t like smaller interior space just because the car’s small, so the Toyota IQ, which measures 2,980 mm, has room for four passengers in a 3+1 arrangement. The driver and two passengers will be able to sit up front, while a fourth removable seat can take another passenger.
And, of course, Toyota will offer some hybrid technology, with all-electric drivetrain and ultra efficient petrol engines. The Toyota IQ concept also features 17 inch alloy wheels and a panoramic glass sunroof.
